Mornin' Soupy;
Hope you get some quality time on the river this year. I'd like to get my ol' boat back in the water. The lake hasn't frozen over this year, when the flood goes down, it would be a good time to catch a mess of crappie.

We crossed over the Spottsville Bridge this past wed. & noticed the Green River going down pretty fast since Monday when we came over it. But with this dare rain & snow, who goes which way it will go up or down?

It sure has been 'one of those years' so far. A lot of the drought ought to be flooded out by now. Fla. and Texas had been having some problems. Hope getting it all at once don't just make things worse.
For once I'd like to see a norman spring here. Every year for several now, it warms up, the grass, trees and shrubs put out then it comes a late killing freeze. It's pitiful here this year, the dear, turkey and squirrels are starving. No acorns. None. The browse is running out too. With the deep snows it's hard for them to find much.
We'll have a bad winter kill this year.

Nice job Soupy! I had no idea you was going to put one together. Looks great. Welcome to the site Lyle... It's nuttin' fancy, just something "we"... or I should say a good friend of mine throwed together for those that like to just hang out and shoot the breeze... (and try not to get too serious about life).. Hang around if you like... You know you're welcomed here....Even though we're not "all" from one state on here....We like a variety of things.....Anything from guns to fishin'...
