Like about ever body, I have several old reels for parts. I don't want to sell them but ... if you need a particular part for a particular reel and I've got it, all you gotta do is ask.

I'll be cleanin' out my tackle box soon...( I've started on it already)...
I will probably have some good stuff to git rid off soon....
So keep an eye on this thread for some bargains and or give-a-ways !
I do know I have a brand new 9ft ,two pc. rod that's gotta go... Heavy for catfishing...I'll post the brand sometimes today.
I also too have a Berkley 7 foot catfish rod... Brand new but, when I got it home and got around to fixin' it up , I found that the tip insert (eye) was missin.. If anyone can fix it up and use it, let me know... I'll trade !
Also too let you guys know that I collect old fishin' stuff like reels and lures (for myself , NOT to re-sale...) Now you know what I'll trade for. ( That and CASH !) This is what I do with them..
One of these cases was built from scratch with an ACID ETCHED MIRROR MADE BY THE GOFISH.. It has two big cats on it , one Blue and one Flathead... It is very beautiful work.. Sorry the photo don't really do it justice.

Get a close up of the damaged tip (eye). I may have one. I used to do some rod building. Might be able to fix 'er for you.

I lied.... It's not the tip that cone it the next eye back from the tip.. The ceramic is gone out of it...
Brand New Berkley Big Game Power Series 7'6' 2 pc rod. I will trade for anything.... I think I paid 20 bucks for this rod.....
The rod dia. at this eye is 4 cm.. I reckon if you had a 4cm tip you could cut the rod off at that eye and glue her on there..Then you'd have a 7' foot rod...The 10 ft Rod sold this AM... Sorry

Picture helps. I was going to ask if it was possibly a two piece rod. Check cheap shipping. If you think it's worth it, I'll wrap on a new guide. Wont guarantee it to match the others, or that the winding will be beautiful ... but she'll fish.
Then again with the postal service what it is, you could wind up with the whole tip section lost.

Then again when we do that we'll have 35 bucks in a $20 rod... That's kinda the reason I was gonna trade it off or just sell it cheap...One way shippin' wouldn't be too bad..

Now that is one good looking Bass Pillow. Still have it mounted in my hallway. I am sure you will see it again soon. Around May 15th maybe.

Not really... me comin' down there and seein' all them smiles on them kids faces was pay enuff for me....Ifin' I'm still alive this May.. I hope to be there again...But, this time as a CHAMPION CAT FISHERMAN !

I can verify everyone one of those fish used in that tournament to win was caught the day before...and hid from Jason and I at some point during the night! LOL!
As long as we know him Billy he will never let us forget...
