Yep, I got 'em.
Home defense weapons....Hell, where I live , I can't think of a single house that doesn't have some kind of weapon for home defense.
In this small river town I live in, a 911 call takes about 3 hours for somebody to respond ...(If you dialed 911) Here it's "Dial A Neighbor" if you got time.
There's approx. 250 people in this town I live in....I wouldn't be surprised to think that there's probably 15 times that many guns handy in said town... And we all know how to use them...
This small town is loaded for....................well, just about anything...It's full of bikers,Vets and just plain good ole boys and gals...Some might even call us Red Neck ( but they better smile when they do)The law don't even like to come down here without callin' somebody local first.
My first weapon of choice is this woman that I married...5 foot something.. 200 plus lbs and Red Headed and carries a 357 mag High Standard .. My second choice is my son and his wife...They live on the "hill" behind me... They got my back and a damn good advantage point over my house... If they get passed them and get in range of me ... I carry..one 380 Ruger , pocket size and one Lorcin 380 in the truck.. Then if ya really piss me off, I have handy a Mossberg 12 ga 18.25 inch 6 shot like the ones the boys carry over-seas. And that's just my personal protection plan... Ain't got to my huntin' guns yet..
The way things are now-a-days, I'd advise everybody, comin' to visit me or my area to be packin' something...Not for protection from us but, like I said, we are in a small river town....way out in the country... No law around....and really ..no law to call...

Wish I lived there! Just got a notice that the bad guys are taking trains into my town from the inner cities, stealing local cars and driving them through the glass doors of houses and grabing what ever they can.

In anticipation of Hillary Clinton, I bought up some stuff before things got crazy. Glad I did, we got worse. I have a C&R license so I bought three of those CZ52 semi auto pistols in 7.62X25 and two of the Yougo SKS'S in 7.62X39. I bought the best grades available at the time and all are in very good shape. I have tested them at the range, and now each payday, I put back a box or two of ammo. Hope I never need any of it.

If I have time, the 12 guage is the home defense weapon of choice for me. If I don't there's stuff ready all over the house.

I like them CZ's....Got one... But, it's the .22 .Had a .17 but, I let it get away from me... I also like the Rems. got an 870 20 ga..and a pretty little Rem .22 pump that shoots nuttin but shorts...( can't hear it at all when you are shootin' it) . Rem. 22-250 with a scope on it that as long as the gun itself..That's for the "Long" shot and Finally got me one of them real pretty Marlins, you know, the one that has the thumb ole in the stock for better grip and some real pretty wood , it's a .17 /scoped for long shots... Mossberg 270 , it makes a lot of noise..
Got some more that I better not mention on here but, If all else fails... My son still has my ole .50 hangin' on his wall..It makes a bunch of noise...
I got a neighbor that lives about two mile from me that has one of them "new guns" that he can reach my house from his front porch...That dang thing has a shell for it that's almost as big as the butt end of some of my fishin' poles and you guys know I fish for big fish..When he shoots that dang thing , I've gotta have ear plugs in....while I'm at my house and he's at his !

And I hope we never "Have To Use Them" but, we got 'em if we do.

I go me one of them CCDWP in my pocket.. Funny thing is, when ya go to the court house, banks,schools and beer joints there's a sign on the door before you go in that says NO CONCEALED WEAPONS ..but, here in KY you can hang a AK-47 across your shoulder or strap a .45 to your hip and go anyplace with it.... IT'S NOT CONCEALED. !!! ... I love Kentuck !.

Same here. Long as it's conspicuous and recognizable, you can carry on the street. Hope it stays that a way.

Boy, am I behind.... I need to read over my site a little closer....

Come on out to KY... I read some wheres the other day that KY leads the nation in gun owners.....More guns per person than anyplace else in the country.
