Dip or Sauce Recipe

Hey folks Here in Owensboro, Ky. we have lots of Bar-B-Q Places. Just wanted to share one of the best places here's (dip or sauce) what ever it may be called in your area, recipe. And no do not ask me how I got it. I use it alot on pork and turky on the grill.

1 Gal. Worcestershire
1 qt. Vinegar
4 ½ lbs. Tomato Paste
½ pt. Lemon Juice
1 lbs. Brown Sugar
0.25 lbs. Salt

Add Pepper and Water to taste
Crushed Red Pepper for spice

Throw about a 1/4 to 1/2 cup of dry mustard powder in there for a kicker an' I b'lieve you'd have somethin'.

Really it sounds great and I LOVE BBQ.

rum: I've been there.... That Owensboro,KY BBQ is one of the biggest BBQ cook offs there is in these parts... And you can find some of the best eatin' there too.
