I know most go with hotdogs, or burgers, but the wife and I love foil meals.
Ingredients:
2 lbs burger ( Or chicken breast/pork shoulder) 5 lbs taters (washed) onion mushrooms (Whole/raw) Green peppers Butter no stick spray foil Garlic pepper Lowery's seasoning salt
Take two 12 inch sections of foil, cross and spray the middle with no stick spray Divide the meat into 1/2 patties (Strips or chunks depending on what you are using) Season the meat and place in the middle of the foil Slice taters 1/4 inch thick and layer on top of the meat Season the taters, then spray with no stick spray Slice veggies and place on top of the taters, season, and spray again.
Fold the foil over the meal, and crimp down the edges so no juices or steam escape.
Place meal on coals of fire for about 20 to 30 minutes, and enjoy when done.

It works great on the grill to. I use charcoal, so it helps keep a steady temp for the time needed to cook. I forgot all about pork chops, thanks for reminding me.
