I am a graduate of Ole Gillers filleting 101 class. And to think before he showed me how to do that I thought ya just used gills for bait only. ;D

I still think that way....
Anything with scales is bait....But, that don't mean that 'giller ain't good at what he does....I just ain't got nuttin' goin' for them 'gills , 'cept usin' them for bait.
I reckon ifin' he had a batch cooked up and I was there.....yeah, I'd probably be eatin' 'em.....  |
